AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE MISSISSIPPI FOOD NETWORK IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, is hereby authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute annually a sum of money not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) to the Mississippi Food Network, out of any available county funds in the annual budget of Warren County.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
