AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7, CHAPTER 530, LAWS OF 1968, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 435, LAWS OF 1972, TO REVISE THE COMPENSATION OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE MISSISSIPPI COAST COLISEUM COMMISSION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Section 7, Chapter 530, Laws of 1968, as amended by Chapter 435, Laws of 1972, is amended as follows:

Section 7. Compensation of commissioners. Each commissioner may receive compensation of not more than Forty Dollars ($40.00) per day while engaged in commission meetings or other duties of the commission * * *. Commissioners may be reimbursed for their actual expenses when on commission business.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
