AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND COMMERCE TO TRANSFER TWO REFRIGERATED TRUCKS TO CERTAIN VEGETABLE OR FRUIT GROWERS ASSOCIATIONS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Department of Agriculture and Commerce may transfer one (1) refrigerated truck to the Mississippi Fruit and Vegetables Growers and one (1) refrigerated truck to the Miss-Lou Blueberry Growers Association. The Commissioner of Agriculture shall make a written finding that these trucks are surplus property and are no longer needed for the Department of Agriculture.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
