AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE A PLACE OF BUSINESS TO POST A SECOND CHECK WRITTEN ON AN ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN DISHONORED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Any place of business that accepts a second check on an account that is dishonored from a person whose first check on the same account was dishonored may post such second dishonored check in a place in such place of business for public view.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
