AN ACT TO RESTORE THE RIGHT OF SUFFRAGE TO KIM MARIE TARTAMUS OF STONE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The right of suffrage is hereby fully and completely restored to Kim Marie Tartamus of Stone County, Mississippi, who was disqualified as an elector as a result of her conviction of grand larceny in Forrest County, Mississippi, on July 12, 1977; and her conviction of escape in Lauderdale County, Mississippi, on December 7, 1977; and who has completed the penalty and any conditions imposed upon her for such convictions. The Legislature has been reliably informed that she is now conducting herself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
