AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY TO APPROPRIATE A SUM OF MONEY NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO SUPPORT THE DE L'EPEE DEAF CENTER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

 

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Harrison County, Mississippi, is authorized to appropriate out of any available county funds, during calendar year 1997, an amount not to exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) to support the De l'Epee Deaf Center.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
