AN ACT TO BE KNOWN AS KEYAURDRA'S LAW; TO CREATE NEW SECTION 97-37-39, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE THAT ALL CENTER-FIRE PISTOL AND RIFLE CARTRIDGES SOLD IN MISSISSIPPI BEAR A UNIQUE IDENTIFYING MARK; TO REQUIRE SELLERS OF AMMUNITION TO KEEP RECORDS AS TO THE PURCHASER OF SUCH AMMUNITION BY SERIAL NUMBER OR OTHER UNIQUE IDENTIFYING MARK; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
