Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-11-109, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS OF THE RETIREMENT SYSTEM WHO HAVE SERVED IN THE NATIONAL GUARD OR RESERVE FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES SHALL BE ENTITLED TO NOT MORE THAT FOUR YEARS CREDITABLE SERVICE AT NO COST FOR SUCH SERVICE; TO PROVIDE THAT IN ORDER FOR A MEMBER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SUCH CREDITABLE SERVICE HE SHALL HAVE BEEN A CONTRIBUTING MEMBER OF THE RETIREMENT SYSTEM FOR NOT LESS THAN FOUR YEARS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
