Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 19-5-15, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ANY COUNTY TO USE COUNTY EQUIPMENT AND EMPLOYEES TO BURY DEAD LIVESTOCK ON PROPERTY OWNED BY OR PROVIDED BY THE OWNER OF THE LIVESTOCK WITHOUT THE REQUIREMENT FOR A FINDING THAT SUCH BURIAL IS NECESSARY TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF A CONTAGIOUS DISEASE AMONG OTHER LIVESTOCK OF THE COUNTY; TO EXCLUDE COMMERCIAL LIVESTOCK OPERATIONS FROM THE AUTHORITY GRANTED UNDER THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
