Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 87-1-5, 97-33-1, 97-33-7, 97-33-17, 97-33-25 AND 97-33-27, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT, WHERE THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA IN WHICH LICENSED GAMING ACTIVITIES MAY BE CONDUCTED IN A STRUCTURE IN HARRISON COUNTY IS RELATED TO CERTAIN DISTANCES FROM U.S. HIGHWAY 90, THE DISTANCES OF ANY BOUNDARIES AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY PERTAINING TO THE HIGHWAY SHALL BE LIMITED STRICTLY TO THOSE APPLYING TO THE LOCATION OF THE HIGHWAY AS IT EXISTED ON AUGUST 28, 2005; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
