Title: AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE SECRETARY OF STATE TO PROMULGATE UNIFORM RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT ALLOW A VOTER TO CAST HIS OR HER VOTE ON AN AUTHORIZED VOTING SYSTEM IN A MANNER THAT PROVIDES COMPLETE PRIVACY FROM OTHER VOTERS WAITING TO CAST THEIR VOTE; TO AUTHORIZE THE SECRETARY OF STATE TO PURCHASE ANY ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE VOTERS WITH PRIVACY WHEN THE VOTER CASTS HIS OR HER VOTE ON AN AUTHORIZED VOTING SYSTEM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
