Title: AN ACT TO REQUIRE THAT CERTAIN INSURANCE POLICIES AND CONTRACTS SHALL PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR ALL COLORECTAL CANCER EXAMINATIONS AND LABORATORY TESTS SPECIFIED IN CURRENT AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY GUIDELINES FOR COLORECTAL CANCER SCREENING; TO AMEND SECTION 25-15-9, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE AND SCHOOL EMPLOYEES HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE COVERAGE FOR ALL COLORECTAL CANCER EXAMINATIONS AND LABORATORY TESTS SPECIFIED IN CURRENT GUIDELINES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
