Title: A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION SUSPENDING THE DEADLINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF REQUESTING THE DRAFTING, INTRODUCTION, CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF A BILL ENTITLED "AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 27-65-101, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT FROM AND AFTER JANUARY 1, 2006, SALES OF COMPONENT MATERIALS USED IN THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS DESTROYED OR DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF A DISASTER DECLARED BY THE GOVERNOR AND SALES OF CERTAIN MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT USED TO REPLACE MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT DAMAGED OR DESTROYED AS A RESULT OF SUCH DISASTER SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM ALL OR A PORTION OF THE SALES TAX; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES."
