Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF STATE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,474,000.00 TO BE UTILIZED FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY; TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE, AND FLOOD INSURANCE IF APPLICABLE, FOR PROJECTS WHICH RECEIVE FUNDING FROM PROCEEDS OF BONDS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS ACT; TO PROVIDE THAT SUCH INSURANCE REQUIREMENT SHALL BE IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER INSURANCE REQUIRED BY LAW; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
