Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RANKIN COUNTY TO PURCHASE RADAR SPEED DETECTION EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT OF THE COUNTY IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF SPEED LIMITS ON THE ROADS, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE COUNTY OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF ANY INCORPORATED MUNICIPALITY; TO PROVIDE THAT FINES COLLECTED FOR SPEEDING VIOLATIONS THROUGH THE USE OF SUCH RADAR SPEED DETECTION EQUIPMENT SHALL BE DEPOSITED INTO THE STATE GENERAL FUND; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
