Title: AN ACT TO PROHIBIT LICENSED HOSPITALS AND STATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING FROM SPONSORING OR CONDUCTING ANY NEW CLINICAL TRIAL UNLESS THE RESULTS OF THE CLINICAL TRIAL WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC AND REGISTERED WITH A WEBSITE DEVELOPED BY THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH; TO PROHIBIT THE INSTITUTIONAL REVIEW BOARDS OF LICENSED HOSPITALS AND STATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING FROM APPROVING ANY NEW CLINICAL TRIAL UNLESS THEY HAVE DETERMINED THAT THE RESULTS OF THE CLINICAL TRIAL WILL BE MADE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
