Title: AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT ANY PERSON WHO OWNS A RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE IN HANCOCK, HARRISON OR JACKSON COUNTY THAT WAS DESTROYED BY HURRICANE KATRINA AND THAT WAS LOCATED ON PROPERTY THAT DOES NOT MEET THE CURRENT LOCAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MINIMUM SIZE OF A LOT FOR A RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE, SHALL BE AUTHORIZED TO HAVE A NEW RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTED ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT HAVING TO MEET THE CURRENT LOCAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MINIMUM SIZE OF A LOT, UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
