Title: AN ACT TO REQUIRE THAT All VOTING SYSTEMS USED IN ANY ELECTION IN THIS STATE SHALL PRODUCE A PERMANENT PAPER RECORD OR PAPER AUDIT TRAIL WHICH SHALL BE AVAILABLE FOR ANY RECOUNT CONDUCTED WITH RESPECT TO THE ELECTION; TO AMEND SECTIONS 23-15-169.3 AND 23-15-507, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO CONFORM TO THE PRECEDING SECTION; TO BRING FORWARD SECTIONS 23-15-531.1 AND 23-15-531.11, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, THAT REGULATE USE OF DIRECT RECORDING ELECTRONIC VOTING EQUIPMENT FOR PURPOSES OF AMENDMENT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
