Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 23-15-581, 23-15-597, 23-15-601 AND 23-15-603, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT WHEN IT IS SHOWN THAT THE NUMBER OF LEGAL VOTES REJECTED AND/OR THE NUMBER OF ILLEGAL VOTES COUNTED IN AN ELECTION, WHEN ADDED TOGETHER, EXCEED THE MARGIN OF VICTORY IN THE ELECTION, THEN A REVOTE SHALL BE HELD AT THE REQUEST OF ANY CANDIDATE IN ALL PRECINCTS WHERE SUCH ERRORS OCCURRED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
