Title: AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF VITAL RECORDS TO LIST THE NAMES OF DECEASED PERSONS BY COUNTY ON THE DEPARTMENT'S CURRENT WEB SITE; TO REQUIRE THAT INFORMATION ON SUCH WEB SITE IS DESIGNED SOLELY FOR USE BY THE COUNTY REGISTRAR, ELECTION COMMISSION AND CIRCUIT CLERK; TO AMEND SECTION 23-15-151, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE THE CIRCUIT CLERK OF EACH COUNTY TO PREPARE A BOOK USING INFORMATION FROM THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF VITAL RECORDS TO RECORD THE NAMES OF DECEASED PERSONS IN THE COUNTY; TO REQUIRE THE CIRCUIT CLERK TO USE THE BOOK TO REVISE VOTER REGISTRATION BOOKS AND POLLBOOKS; TO AMEND SECTION 23-15-153, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO CONFORM TO THE PRECEDING SECTION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
