Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 47-7-3, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE THAT CERTAIN OFFENDERS, WHO ARE RELEASED ON PAROLE, WEAR FLUORESCENT YELLOW WRISTBANDS WHILE ON PAROLE; TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS TO SELECT THE LOWEST PRICE AND BEST SOURCE FOR SUPPLYING SUCH WRISTBANDS; TO REQUIRE THAT SUCH SEX OFFENDERS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SUCH WRISTBANDS; TO EXTEND THE DATE OF REPEAL WITHIN THIS SECTION FROM JULY 1, 2005, TO JULY 1, 2007; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
