Title: AN ACT TO CODIFY SECTION 37-15-37, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS TO ESTABLISH DUAL ENROLLMENT PROGRAMS ALLOWING CERTAIN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO ENROLL IN STATE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING IN ORDER TO DUALLY EARN CREDITS FOR A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA AND A UNIVERSITY DEGREE AT BOTH LEVELS, AND TO ESTABLISH STANDARDS FOR SUCH PROGRAMS; TO PROVIDE THAT TUITION COSTS SHALL BE PAID FROM PRIVATE SOURCES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
