Title: AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 57-64-33, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDES THAT A BUSINESS ENTERPRISE OPERATING CERTAIN PROJECTS IN A COUNTY THAT IS A MEMBER OF A REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ALLIANCE, SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM ALL LOCAL TAXES LEVIED BY THE COUNTY AND ALL STATE TAXES FOR A PERIOD OF TEN YEARS OR UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2015, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
