Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF STARKVILLE, MISSISSIPPI, TO ISSUE AND SELL GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS, PURCHASING BUILDINGS, PURCHASING LAND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS AND REPAIR, IMPROVE AND EQUIP SUCH BUILDINGS, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $5,000,000.00; TO PROVIDE THAT SUCH BONDS SHALL MATURE ABSOLUTELY AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES NOT TO EXCEED 30 YEARS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
