Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 49-7-5, 49-7-9 AND 49-15-313, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT ANY PERSON WHO HAS BEEN ADJUDGED BY ANY STATE OR FEDERAL AGENCY AS BEING TOTALLY DISABLED SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF PROCURING A HUNTING OR FISHING LICENSE; TO REPEAL SECTION 49-7-2, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH DEFINES THE TERM "SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION" AS USED IN THE CHAPTER OF LAW RELATING TO HUNTING AND FISHING; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
