Title: AN ACT TO CREATE NEW SECTION 25-11-126, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN PERSONS RECEIVING A RETIREMENT ALLOWANCE FROM THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM WHO ARE EMPLOYED AS TEACHERS IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM AFTER THEIR RETIREMENT MAY RECEIVE A RETIREMENT ALLOWANCE DURING THEIR EMPLOYMENT AS TEACHERS IN ADDITION TO RECEIVING A TEACHER'S SALARY; TO PROVIDE CONDITIONS FOR SUCH EMPLOYMENT; TO AMEND SECTIONS 25-11-103, 25-11-105 AND 25-11-127, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT; TO AMEND SECTION 37-19-7, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS ON THE TEACHERS' SALARIES OF THOSE PERSONS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
