Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-11-103, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF UNUSED LEAVE THAT FIREMEN AND POLICEMEN EMPLOYED BY POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS WHO WORK SHIFTS THAT CAUSE THEM TO WORK IN EXCESS OF 200 HOURS PER MONTH SHALL BE ALLOWED TO REPORT TO THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMPUTING THEIR RETIREMENT ALLOWANCE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
