Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 41-7-191, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SHALL ISSUE A CERTIFICATE OF NEED TO A PRIVATELY-OWNED PSYCHIATRIC RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FACILITY IN SIMPSON COUNTY FOR THE ADDITION, CONSTRUCTION OR EXPANSION OF FOURTEEN PSYCHIATRIC RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FACILITY BEDS, PROVIDED THAT THE FACILITY AGREES TO GIVE PRIORITY FOR THE USE OF THOSE BEDS TO MISSISSIPPI RESIDENTS WHO ARE PRESENTLY BEING TREATED IN OUT-OF-STATE FACILITIES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
