Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 49-11-5, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT FEES COLLECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE, FISHERIES AND PARKS FROM THE ISSUANCE OF SHOOTING PRESERVE LICENSES AND COMMERCIAL WILDLIFE ENCLOSURE LICENSES SHALL BE DEPOSITED INTO A SPECIAL FUND IN THE STATE TREASURY AND EXPENDED ONLY FOR DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE DEPARTMENT IN PAYING THE SALARIES OF AND PROVIDING UNIFORMS FOR CONSERVATION OFFICERS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
