Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 27-5-101, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REVISE THE DATE UPON WHICH A PORTION OF THE REVENUES DERIVED FROM MOTOR FUEL TAXES IS REQUIRED TO BE DEPOSITED INTO THE GAMING COUNTIES BOND SINKING FUND FOR THE PURPOSES OF PAYING THE DEBT SERVICE ON BONDS ISSUED IN SUPPORT OF THE GAMING COUNTIES INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM; TO PROVIDE FOR THE TRANSFER OF A PORTION OF THE FUNDS DEPOSITED INTO THE GAMING COUNTIES BOND SINKING FUND INTO THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
