Title: AN ACT TO CODIFY SECTION 41-9-210, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE A CRITICAL CARE HOSPITAL TO RELICENSE ANY ACUTE CARE BEDS WHICH HAVE BEEN DELICENSED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH; TO AMEND SECTION 41-7-191, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT ANY SUCH RELICENSED BEDS SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENT OF A HEALTH CARE FACILITY CERTIFICATE OF NEED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
