Title: AN ACT TO ESTABLISH UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE STATE BOARD OF PHARMACY A DRUG REPOSITORY PROGRAM TO ACCEPT AND DISPENSE PRESCRIPTION DRUGS DONATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING DISPENSED TO INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET CERTAIN ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS; TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROGRAM SHALL BE DEVELOPED JOINTLY BY THE STATE BOARD OF PHARMACY, THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND THE DIVISION OF MEDICAID; TO PROVIDE THE CRITERIA FOR DRUGS TO BE ACCEPTED AND DISPENSED UNDER THE PROGRAM; TO PROVIDE CERTAIN IMMUNITY TO PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROGRAM; TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE FULLY IMPLEMENTED NOT LATER THAN JULY 1, 2004; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
