Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO SELL THE LAND AND BUILDINGS LOCATED AT 501 NORTH WEST STREET IN THE CITY OF JACKSON, HINDS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE WOOLFOLK STATE OFFICE BUILDING AND ADJACENT GARAGE, TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM; TO PROVIDE THAT, UPON CONVEYANCE OF THE REAL PROPERTY, THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM SHALL LEASE THE WOOLFOLK STATE OFFICE BUILDING AND ADJACENT GARAGE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION; TO AMEND SECTION 25-11-121, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, IN CONFORMITY THERETO; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
