Title: AN ACT TO REENACT SECTION 73-21-108, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH REQUIRES ANY PERSON OR BUSINESS THAT SELLS HOME MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO OBTAIN A MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER PERMIT FROM THE STATE BOARD OF PHARMACY, AND WHICH WAS REPEALED BY OPERATION OF LAW ON JULY 1, 2001; TO RATIFY THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS UNDER SECTION 73-21-108 AND MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT PAYMENTS MADE TO HOLDERS OF THOSE PERMITS DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1, 2001, UNTIL THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
