Title: A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION SUSPENDING THE DEADLINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF REQUESTING THE DRAFTING, INTRODUCTION, CONSIDERATION AND PASSAGE OF A BILL ENTITLED "AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 43-13-117, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNOR TO ADMINISTER THE MISSISSIPPI MEDICAID PROGRAM BY EXECUTIVE ORDER WITHIN THE APPROPRIATIONS AVAILABLE TO THE DIVISION OF MEDICAID, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AUTHORITY: (A) TO ESTABLISH FOR RECIPIENTS THE AMOUNT, DURATION, SCOPE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUCH MEDICAL ASSISTANCE; (B) TO ESTABLISH THE TYPES OF CARE AND SERVICE TO BE AVAILABLE TO ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS; (C) TO ESTABLISH SUCH RULES AND REGULATIONS AS MAY BE NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STATE PLAN; AND (D) TO SECURE THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF FEDERAL FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION AVAILABLE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES."
