Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE ACQUISITION, RECLAMATION AND PRESERVATION OF DEER ISLAND; TO PROVIDE THAT THE COMMISSION ON MARINE RESOURCES SHALL UTILIZE A PORTION OF THE FUNDS IT RECEIVES THAT ARE DERIVED FROM LEASE RENTALS OF TIDELANDS AND SUBMERGED LANDS TO PAY THE ANNUAL DEBT SERVICE ON SUCH BONDS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
