Title: AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF HOLLY SPRINGS, MISSISSIPPI, TO ISSUE AND SELL GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING AND IMPROVING OR CONSTRUCTING BUILDINGS TO BE UTILIZED FOR TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES AND TO LEASE OR SELL SUCH BUILDINGS; TO PROVIDE THAT ANY BONDS HEREAFTER ISSUED FOR SUCH PURPOSES SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO LIMITATION OF INDEBTEDNESS IMPOSED BY SECTION 21-33-303, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
