Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 27-103-203, 27-103-125, 27-103-211, 31-7-14.1 AND 37-61-33, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO DELETE THE "HOUSE BILL 400" PROVISION WHICH REQUIRES THAT 50% OF THE UNENCUMBERED YEAR-END CASH BALANCE BE TRANSFERRED INTO THE EDUCATION ENHANCEMENT FUND, AND TO PROVIDE THAT ANY SUCH UNENCUMBERED YEAR-END CASH SHALL REMAIN IN THE STATE GENERAL FUND; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
