Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 63-1-19, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT MALES AGED 18 THROUGH 25 WHO APPLY FOR A DRIVERS LICENSE OR PERMIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERED WITH THE SELECTIVE SERVICE SYSTEM; TO AMEND SECTION 63-1-81, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT MALES AGED 18 THROUGH 25 WHO APPLY FOR A COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERED WITH THE SELECTIVE SERVICE SYSTEM; TO AMEND SECTION 45-35-7, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT MALES AGED 18 THROUGH 25 WHO APPLY FOR A NONDRIVER IDENTIFICATION CARD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERED WITH THE SELECTIVE SERVICE SYSTEM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
