Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 49-7-153, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO ALLOW THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE, FISHERIES AND PARKS TO ISSUE A NONRESIDENT LIFETIME SPORTSMAN LICENSE TO THE NONRESIDENT PARENT OR GRANDPARENT OF A CHILD WHO PRESENTS PROOF THAT HIS OR HER CHILD OR GRANDCHILD IS SERVING ON ACTIVE MILITARY DUTY IN THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI AND IS STATIONED ON A MILITARY BASE IN MISSISSIPPI; TO PROVIDE THAT THE FEE FOR THE NONRESIDENT LIFETIME SPORTSMAN LICENSE SHALL BE ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
