Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-3-25, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ANY COUNTY WITH A UNIVERSITY STUDENT POPULATION OF MORE THAN 10,000 MAY COMBINE THE UNIVERSITY STUDENT POPULATION TO THE TOTAL POPULATION OF THE COUNTY WHEN CALCULATING THE SALARY OF THE SHERIFF IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
