Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-11-105, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM SHALL BE TERMINATED FROM MEMBERSHIP IN THE SYSTEM IF THE MEMBER IS CONVICTED OF EMBEZZLEMENT OR CERTAIN OTHER CRIMES; TO AMEND SECTION 25-11-117, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE FOR THE REFUND OF THE ACCUMULATED CONTRIBUTIONS OF ANY MEMBER WHO IS CONVICTED OF ANY SUCH CRIME; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
