Title: AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 50, LAWS OF THE FIRST EXTRAORDINARY SESSION OF 1964, AS LAST AMENDED BY CHAPTER 922, LOCAL AND PRIVATE LAWS OF 1987, TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF HARRISON COUNTY TO ACCEPT A PETITION FOR THE INCORPORATION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT WHEN SUCH PETITION IS SIGNED BY THE OWNER OF A PARCEL TO BE DEVELOPED AS A MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE OWNER OF SUCH PARCELS TO DESIGNATE PERSONS ELIGIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO THE UTILITY DISTRICT'S BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
