Title: A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE MISSISSIPPI CONSTITUTION OF 1890 TO ADD A NEW SECTION, TO BE DESIGNATED AS SECTION 272-B, TO PROVIDE THAT ALL ASSETS, PROCEEDS AND INCOME OF THE SPECIAL TRUST FUND KNOWN AS THE "MISSISSIPPI FIRE FIGHTERS MEMORIAL BURN CENTER FUND" SHALL BE HELD, INVESTED AND DISBURSED FOR THE EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR THE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE BURN CENTER AND SHALL NOT BE DIVERTED TO OTHER PURPOSES.
