Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 41-73-15, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE THE MISSISSIPPI HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT ITS MEETING THROUGH THE USE OF ANY MEANS OF COMMUNICATION BY WHICH ALL MEMBERS PARTICIPATING MAY SIMULTANEOUSLY HEAR EACH OTHER DURING THE MEETING; TO PROVIDE THAT A MEMBER PARTICIPATING IN THE MEETING BY SUCH MEANS SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE PRESENT AT THE MEETING; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
