Title: AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS SHALL CONTRACT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO ESTABLISH A WORK PROGRAM FOR DATA PROCESSING ENTRY AT THE CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI CORRECTIONAL FACILITY; TO PROVIDE THAT A JUVENILE CORRECTIONAL FACILITY FOR JUVENILES IN NEED OF SUPERVISION MAY BE CONSTRUCTED IN TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
