Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 27-71-509, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO ALLOW THE STATEMENT OF ALCOHOLIC CONTENT PLACED ON BEER LABELS TO BE EXPRESSED IN TERMS OF WEIGHT OR VOLUME, AT THE MANUFACTURER'S OPTION; TO AMEND SECTION 67-1-5, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO CHANGE THE DEFINITION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE TO INCREASE THE PERCENT OF ALCOHOL BY WEIGHT THAT CAN BE CONTAINED IN BEER FROM 4% TO 5%; TO AMEND SECTIONS 67-3-1, 67-3-5, 67-3-7, 67-3-9, 67-3-13, 67-3-17, 67-3-49 AND 67-3-53, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, IN CONFORMITY THERETO; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
