Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 75-76-129, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE THAT FROM AND AFTER JULY 1, 2000, 20% OF A PORTION OF THE MONIES DERIVED FROM GAMING LICENSE FEES SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED AMONG COUNTIES WHERE GAMING IS NOT LEGAL AND AMONG MUNICIPALITIES IN SUCH COUNTIES; TO PRESCRIBE THE FORMULA BY WHICH THE AMOUNT OF THE DISTRIBUTION TO EACH COUNTY AND MUNICIPALITY SHALL BE DETERMINED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
