Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 27-65-75, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE AMOUNT OF FUEL TAXES DIVERTED INTO THE STATE AID ROAD FUND SHALL BE THE GREATER OF $4,000,000.00 OR A CERTAIN PERCENTAGE OF THE MONTHLY AMOUNT OF SUCH TAXES COLLECTED; TO PROVIDE THAT THE AMOUNT OF SALES TAX REVENUE DIVERTED INTO THE STATE AID ROAD FUND SHALL BE THE GREATER OF $250,000.00 OR A CERTAIN PERCENTAGE OF THE MONTHLY AMOUNT OF SUCH TAXES COLLECTED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
