Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 75-76-34, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO LIMIT THE AUTHORITY OF THE GAMING COMMISSION TO REGULATE SCHOOLS OR TRAINING INSTITUTIONS THAT TEACH OR TRAIN GAMING EMPLOYEES TO THOSE SCHOOLS OR TRAINING INSTITUTIONS THAT TEACH OR TRAIN GAMING EMPLOYEES TO CONDUCT OR PLAY GAMBLING GAMES; TO REMOVE THE PROVISIONS THAT PROHIBITS PUBLIC SCHOOLS FROM TRAINING PERSONS TO BE GAMING EMPLOYEES AND TO PROVIDE THAT NO PUBLIC SCHOOL SHALL TRAIN PERSONS TO CONDUCT OR PLAY ANY GAMBLING GAME; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
